The usual way of cleaning our ears from dirt and wax is by using cotton buds, but the reality about them is that they can be more harmful then useful.
According to some medical experts, the cotton buds can cause us some serious health issues, if we use them very often, and they can also lead to some obstruction and inflammation. According to Dr. David Gill, we should not remove earwax by using force, and he recommends some other efficient ways instead.
SO, HOW DOES THIS METHOD WORK?
You probably already have the needed ingredients in your kitchen cabinets, so if you have problems with earwax buildup, first you need to soften it with some oil, then soak a piece of cotton in some oil and place it in the ear gently without pushing it.
In order to help the earwax to start moving towards the outer canal, you need to shake your head just like you do it when you try to remove some water from your ear after swimming. In three minutes, you need to apply a few drops of oil in the ear.
NOTE:
If this method does not work for you, then you can make one solution of vinegar and medicinal alcohol in equal ratio, and wash your ears with it.
As the cotton buds do more harm then good to your ears, you should avoid using them, and try this natural treatment instead.
