A body of an alleged victim of summary execution was found at one of the street in Cebu City, the said body of victim was found wrapped with packaging tape with an attached letter mentioning the name of Pres. Duterte.
According to GMA News yesterday,the body was found inside a plastic bag,wrapped with packaging tape at Brgy.Balud,San Fernando,Cebu City Monday early morning.
An attached letter to the victim’s body with a message”tulisan ko, duterte” o “magnanakaw ako, duterte.”
A resident of the said place give the information to the nearest Police Station regarding the incident.
According to a Police Officer a victim is identified as a boy but wearing girls dresses.
The Identity of the victim is still unknown,and there is no mark of any gunshots and nabbed on the victims body, Police Investigation still ongoing.
Natagpuan ito sa barangay Balud sa bayan ng San Fernando nitong Lunes ng madaling araw.
