President Duterte strengthen the campaign against illegal drugs,corruption and to restore death penalty which the bottom line is to protect the welfare of his fellowmen.
But as always the CBCP(Catholic Bishop Conference of the Philippines) and the CHR (Commission on Human Rights)questioned the way Pres. Duterte imposes the law.
The people call to restore the Death Penalty to minimize heinous crime.
Another case of raped to a Grade II Pupil known as Angel of Punta Central Elem School at Malabon City was recorded after her body was recovered by the Police Officer, the said student was raped by not yet identified suspect, her neck was wrapped by her own skirt and her body was thrown at the deep well.
Family is now asking for Justice as soon as possible.On going investigation for the identification of the suspect.
